To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that l. Frank R. Perry. a citizen of the Dominion of Canada. residing at Oneida. county of Madison, and State of New York. have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Figure l is a front view of a spoon, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a back view of the spoon; and

Figures 3, 4 and 5 are enlarged sections on the respective lines 33, 44 and 55 of Figure 1.

Fig. 6 is a side elevational view of a spoon, showing my new design.

The essential features of my design for a spoon or similar article reside in the configuration of the handle WIII/I/III/ Fig. 5

in combination with the patricular ornamentation as applied thereto.
