PATENT OFFICE CHILD'S CONSTRUCTION TOY Hazel D. Kefauver and Genevieve C. Miller, Columbus, Ohio To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Hazel D. Kefauver and Genevieve C. Miller, both citizens of the United States, residing at Columbus, in the county of Franklin and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Childs Construction Toy, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a child's construction toy, showing our new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view;

Fig. 3 is an end elevational view; and

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The side of the toy not shown has substantially the same appearance as the side shown in Fig. 1.

We claim: The ornamental design for a childs construction toy, substantially as shown and described.
