To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, A. Baker Barnhart, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of New York, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Plate or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a plate or similar article of conventional configuration, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a partial, cross-section view taken along line 2-2 of Fig. 1.

I claim: The ornamental design for a plate or similar article, as shown and described.
