Be it known that I, George J. Higginson, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Bronxville, in the county of Westchester and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Plate or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof:

Fig. 2 is a sectional view thereof.
