Be it known that I, Samuel J. Smallman, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in New York city, county of New York, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Billfold or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front perspective view of a billfolcl or similar article showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a plan view in open position.

Fig. 3 is a fragmentary plan view of the billfold with the purse portion removed from the billfold.

The rear of the billfold is substantially plain.

I claim: The ornamental design for a billfold or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
