Claims priority, application Great Britain August 15, 1952 Term of patent 3% years (Cl. D8-1) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Attilio Agostino Guido Marcantonio, subject of the Queen of Great Britain and Ireland, residing at London, England, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Ice Cream Cone or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a front elevational view of an ice cream cone, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a side elevational view thereof.

Figure 3 is a sectional view taken on the line 3-3 of Figure 2.

Figure 4 is a top plan view of the ice cream cone shown in Figure 1.

Figure 5 is a rear perspective view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an ice cream cone or the like, substantially as shown.
