Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Ernest W. Ekstrand, a citizen of the United States, residing at Orange, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Ash Tray, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of an ash tray showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is an end elevational view, the View from the opposite end being identical but reversed;

Fig. 3 shows a cross section taken on the line 33 of Fig. 1;

Fig. 4 shows a bottom plan view;

Fig. 5 shows a front elevational View;

Fig. 6 shows a rear elevational view, and

Fig. 7 shows a cross section taken on the line 77 of Fig. l.

The dominant features of my new design are shown in solid lines.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an ash tray, substantially as shown and described.
