Be it known that I, Frances Robitschek, a citizen of the United States, residing at Los Angeles, California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Magnifier and Tweezers, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a combined magnifier and tweezers showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a top plan view thereof Figure 3 is a, side elevational view; and

Figure 4 is an end elevational view looking at the right in Figure 3.

I claim: The ornamental design for a combined magnifier and tweezers, as shown.
