Be it known that I, Edward C. Heard, a citizen of the United States, residing at Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Reading Magnifier, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a top plan view of a reading magnifier showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a front elevational View;

Figure 3 is a rear elevational view;

Figure 4 is an end elevational view; and

Figure 5 is a bottom plan view,

I claim: The ornamental design for a reading magnifier, as shown.
