Be it known that I, Olga D. Harris, a citizen of the United States, residing at New Orleans, in the county of Orleans and State of Louisiana, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Trolling Device, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawing forming part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a view in side elevation of a trolling device, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a top plan view.

Figure 3 is a bottom plan view.

Figure 4 is an elevated front view.

I claim: The ornamental design for a. trolling device, as shown.
