Be it known that I, Herbert W. Marano, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Summit, New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Desk Stapler or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof, in which Figure 1 is a top plan view of a desk stapler or similar article showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

Figure 3 is a front elevational View thereof; and

Figure 4 is a rear elevational view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental desgn for a desk stapler or similar article, as shown.
