Be it known that I, Herbert W. Marano, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Brooklyn, New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Hand Stapler or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof, in which Figure 1 is a side elevational view of a hand stapler or similar article, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a top plan view thereof;

Figure 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

Figure 4 is a front elevational View thereof; and

Figure 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.

I claim: The ornamental design for a hand stapler or similar article, as shown.
