Be it known that I, David Borowitz, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Chic-ago, Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Electric Lamp Base, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a, part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a rear perspective view of an electric lamp base, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front perspective View thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a front elevational view to a smaller scale.

The broken lines indicating the lamp socket are omitted from Figure 3 for convenience of illustration.

The dominant features of my new design lie in the portions shown in full lines.

I claim:

The ornamental design for ,an electric lamp base, substantially as shown and described.
