Be it known that I, Carl A. Thober, a citizen of the United States of America and a, resident of Newark, county of Essex, and State of New Jersey, have invented a. new, original, and ornamental Design for a Pipe Cutter, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is an end elevational view of a pipe cutter embodying my new design, showing the blades in closed position;

Figure 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

Figure 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

Figure 4 is an elevational view of the other side thereof;

Figure 5 is a rear elevational view of the pipe cutter;

Figure 6 is an enlarged end elevational View opposite that shown in Figure 1 with the blades in open position;

Fig. '7 is a front elevational view showing the blades in open position; and

Fig. 8 is a rear elevational view showing the blades in open position.
