Be it known that I, Walter P. Doe, a citizen of the United States, residing at 292 Center Street, East Aurora, New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Toy Dog or the like, of which the following is a. specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a toy dog or the like, showing my design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a front elevational view thereof; and

Fig. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The side of the toy dog or the like not shown is substantially like the side shown in Fig. 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a toy dog or the like, as shown and described.
