Be it known that I, Eugene Schwarz, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Alexandria, county of Madison, and State of Indiana, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Base for Table Lamps, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a front elevational view of a base for table lamps showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a side elevational view thereof taken from the right of Figure 1;

Figure 3 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

Figure 4 is a top view of my new design. I claim: The ornamental design for a base for table lamps, as shown.
