.UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE SPOON OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Franz Wagner, Chicago, Ill., assignor to Ekco Products Company, Chicago, 111., a corporation of Illinois To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Franz Wagner, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, county of Cook, State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference'being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a spoon or similar article, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof.

Fig. 3 is a fragmentary vertical sectional view taken on line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

Fig. 4 is a cross sectional view taken on line 44 of Fig. 1.

Fig. 5 is a cross sectional view taken on line 5-5 of Fig. 1.

The essential features of my design reside in the parts shown in full lines.

I claim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, as shown and described.
