Be it known that I, Arthur P. Swanson, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook, and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Ribbon Dispenser or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the ribbon dispenser showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevational view of the dispenser shown in Fig. 1;

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view of the dispenser shown in Fig. 1;

Fig. 4 is a rear elevational view of the dispenser shown in Fig. 1; and

Fig. 5 is a plan view of the dispenser shown in Fig. 1.

The broken line showing in the drawing is for illustrative purposes only.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a ribbon dispenser or similar article substantially as shown and described.
