To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Frank G. Dobbs and Stephan H. Dobbs, citizens of the United States, residing, respectively, in the city of New York, Borough and county of Queens, State of New York and in the city of New York, Borough of Manhattan, county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Wallet or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification.

Reference is being made to the accompanying drawings, constituting a part hereof, wherein,

Fig. 1 is a plan view of a Wallet or similar article, showing our new design, in unfolded open position; and

Fig. 2 is a perspective view thereof, in closed position.

We claim: The ornamental design for a wallet or similar article, substantially as shown.
