UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A CIGARETTE CASE OR SIIVHLAR ARTICLE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Max L. Goldbert, a citizen of the United States and a resident of the Borough of Manhattan, city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cigarette Case or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, refernce being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof, in Which Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cigarette case, in open position, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is an end elevational view thereof in open position;

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof in closed position;

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof in open position;

Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof in open position;

Fig. 6 is a sectional view thereof on line 6-6 of Fig. 5; and

Fig. 7 is a top plan view thereof in closed position.
