Be it known, that I, Philip R. Costigan, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at 52 Hillview Avenue, Port Washington, in the county of Nassau and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Plate or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
