Be it known that I, Israel Ruskin, a citizen of the United States, residing at 55 Central Park West, New York city, in the county of New York and. State of New York, have invented a new, orig inal, and ornamental Design for a Gem Setting or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing Fig. l is a top plan view of a gem settin showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side view thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken substantially along the line 3-3 of Fig. 1.
