BALL POINT PEN Fred Ferber, Englewood, N. J., assignor to Ferber Corporation, Englewood, N. J a corporation of New Jersey Application February 3, 1950, Serial No. 7,687
Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Fred Ferber, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Englewood, in the county of Bergen and :State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Ball Point Pen, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
In the drawings:
Fig. 1 is a view in elevation of a ball point pen embodying the new design.
Fig. 2 is a similar view with the parts disposed in separated juxtaposition.
Fig. 3 is an enlarged top View thereof.
Fig. 4 is an enlarged bottom view of the same.
" Ihe pen is characterized by a transparent barrel and with the ink holder visible through said barrel and shown in Figs. 1 and 2 by two longitudinally extending parallel lines.
I claim: The ornamental design for a ball point pen, substantially as shown and described.
