UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE HELICOPTER TDY Wiley K. Crowder, Niagara. Falls, N. Y., assignor to E. J. Balluil, Wayne County, Mich.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that Wiley K. Crowder, a citizen of the United States of America, and a resident of Niagara Falls, in the county of Niagara and State of New York, has invented a certain new, original, and ornamental Design for a Helicopter Toy, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, and wherein:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a helicopter toy showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a plan view thereof on a reduced scale; and

Fig. 4 is a fragmentary sectional view taken along the line l4 of Fig. 2.

I claim: The ornamental design for a helicopter toy, substantially as shown.
