Be it known that I, Maurice S. Handler, a citizen of the United States, r siding in New York city, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Raincoat, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is the front view of a raincoat, showing my design.

Fig. 2 is the rear view thereof, and

Fig. 3 is a fragmentary side View thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a raincoat, substantially as shown.
