To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, James R. Stalker, a citizen of the United States, residing at Clayton, in the county of Jefferson, in the State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Knife and Cigarette Lighter, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a combination knife and cigarette lighter, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a perspective view;

Fig. 3 is an exploded side elevational view;

Fig. 4 is an exploded rear elevational view; and

Fig. 5 is a bottom plan view.

The ornamental design for a combination knife and cigarette lighter, as shown.
