Be it known that I, Julius Kohn, a citizen of the United States, residing in New York city, in the county of New York, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cigar Lighter, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a cigar lighter, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a front elevational view.

Figure 3 is a rear elevational view.

Figure 4 is a right side elevational view.

Figure 5 is a left side elevational view,

Figure 6 is a top plan View.

Figure 7 is a bottom view.

The dotted lines shown in the drawing are for illustrative purposes only.

I claim: The ornamental design for a cigar lighter, as shown and described.
