Be it known that I, Elmer D. Maxwell, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Booneville, in the county of Prentiss and State of Mississippi, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a. Tool Handle, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a side elevational view of a tool handle, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a .bottom plan view.

Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken on line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

Fig. 4 is a. sectional view taken on line 4-4 of Fig. 1.

The ornamental design for a tool handle, as shown and described.
