Be it known that I, Franz Wagner, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, county of Cook, State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cutlery Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference bein had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top perspective view of a cutlery holder embodying my new design.

Fig. 2 is an enlarged top plan view thereof.

Fig. 3 is an enlarged side elevation thereof.

Fig. 4 is a similar View taken from the side of the device opposite to that shown in Fig. 3.

Fig. 5 is an enlarged end elevational view of the device as it would appear from the right hand end of Fig. 2.

Fig. 6 is a similar view as the device appears when viewed from the left hand end of Fig. 2.

I claim: The ornamental design for a cutlery holder, as shown.
