DESIGN FOR A LIPSTICK CONTAINER OR THE LIKE Pierre Brun, Paris, France, assignor to Guerlain Inc., New York, N. Y., a corporation of New York Application March 2, 1948, Serial No. 144,867 In France January 7, 1948 Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Pierre Brun, a citizen of France, residing at Paris, Seine Department, France, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a, Lipstick Container or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof:

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of my new lipstick container or the like;

Fig. 2 is an elevational view of the lipstick container or the like, illustrated in Fig. 1 showing my new design; and

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view of the lipstick container or the like, illustrated in Fig. 1.

The opposite side of the lipstick container or the like is substantially the same as the side disclosed in Fig. 2.

I claim: The ornamental design for a lipstick container or the like, substantially as shown and described.
