Be it known that the undersigned, Emery C. Lee, a citizen of the United States, residing in Elgin, Illinois, has invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a, Thermostat Casing or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a plan view of a thermostat casing, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevation thereof;

Fig. 3 is a bottom view thereof; and

Fig. 4 is a side elevation thereof.

The essential features of the design reside in the portions shown in full lines.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a thermostat casing or the like, substantially as shown and described.
