STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TELESCOPIC PAPER CUP DISPENSER Gerald C. Johnson, Bronxvllle, and Albert A.

Perelman, Brooklyn, N. Y., assignors to Lily- Tulip Cup Corporation, New York, N. Y., a corporation of Delaware To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Gerald C. Johnson, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Bronxville, in the county of Westchester and State of New York, and Albert A. Perelman, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Telescopic Paper Cup Dispenser, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherein:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a telescopic paper cup dispenser embodying our new design, shown in fully extended position, indicated in conjunction therewith by broken lines being the upper end of a full stack of conical paper receptacles oi the character to be dispensed therefrom;

Fig. 3 is a perspective view similar to that shown in Fig. 1 but showing said device in fully collapsed position, the upper end of said stack of conical containers when nearly depleted being illustrated in broken lines.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a telescopic paper cup dispenser, substantially as shown and described.
