UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A BALL POINT FOUNTAIN PEN Raymond J. Lohr and Laurie J. Campbell, Erie, Pa., assignors to Louis Marx & Company, Inc., New York, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Raymond J. Lohr and Laurie J. Campbell, citizens of the United States and both residents of Erie, county of Erie, and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and. ornamental Design for a Ball Point Fountain Pen, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. l is an elevational view of a ball point fountain pen, showing our new design when the pen is in closed position, the cap thereof being secured over the tip thereof;

Fig. 2 is an exploded elevational View of the same, showing the pen cap about to be secured to the rear of the pen body, thus exposing the pen tip for use; and

Fig. 3 is another elevational view showing the pen cap secured to the rear of the pen body, the pen being in condition for writing.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a ball point fountain pen, as shown and described.
