UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A BROOCH OR SINHLAR ARTICLE v To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Marcel Boucher, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of Richmond and State of New York, whose post ofice address is 4143 Richmond Avenue, Eltingville, Staten Island, New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Brooch or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In said drawing,

Fig. 1 is a front view of a brooch or similar article, showing my new design, the movable petals of a flower like portion being shown in open position.

Fig. 2 is a side view of the same.

Fig. 3 is a front view similar to Fig. 1, but with the movable petals shown in closed position.

I claim: The ornamental design for a brooch or similar article, as shown.
