PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TOY AIRPLANEv Jerome J. Miller, Ottoville, Ohio Application May 20, 1946, Serial No. 129,915

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Jerome J. Miller, a citizen of the United States, residing at Ottoville, county of Putnam, and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Toy Airplane, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a top plan view of a toy airplane embodying my new design,

Figure 2 is a side elevational view thereof,

Figure 3 is a front elevational view of the same,

Figure 4 is a vertical longitudinal section therethrough, as seen on the line 4-4 of Figure 1,

Figure 5 is a. vertical transverse sectional view, as seen on the line 55 of Figure 1 looking in the direction of the arrows, and

Figure 6 is a fragmentary vertical transverse sectional view, as seen on the line 6--6 of Figure l.

I claim: The ornamental design for a toy airplane, as shown.
