Be it known that I, Jerome J. Miller, a citizen of the United States, residing at Ottoville, in the county of Putnam and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Toy Airplane, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the acc0mpanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a bottom plan View of an element for rotating the propeller of a toy airplane, embodying my new design,

Figure 3 is a Vertical, transverse section through the device as seen on the line 3-3 of Figure 2. i
