UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TOOL HANDLE Otto N. Tucker, Wilmington, Ohio, assignor to The Mechanics Tool. and Forge Company, Sabina, Ohio, a corporation of Ohio To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Otto N. Tucker, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Wilmington, in the county of Clinton and the State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Tool Handle, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereoi.

Fig. 1 is atop plan view of a tool handle embodying my new design.

Fig. 2 is an elevational view of the tool handle shown in Fig. 1.

Fig. 3 is an elevational view of the tool handle as seen when rota-ted forty-five degrees (45) from its position illustrated in Fig. 2, and

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view of the tool handle shown in Fig. 3.

I claim: The ornamental design for a tool handle, substantially as shown.
