To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Rudolph C. Blaich and Joseph Alan Banzhaf, citizens of the United States, residing at Buffalo and Kenmore, in the county of Erie and State of New York, respectively, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Weight Operated Climbing Toy, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a perspective of the weight operated climbing toy showing our new design with the movable carrier shown in the central portion of its travel on the column;

Fig. 2 is a plan view on a reduced scale;

Fig. 3 is a perspective similar to Fig. 1 looking from the left at right angles to Fig. 1, with the movable carrier shown at the lower end of its travel on the column, and

Fig. 4 is a perspective on an enlarged scale, showing a fragmentary portion of the opposite side of the column and movable carrier from that shown in Fig. 1.

The essential features of the design reside in the portions shown in full lines.

We claim: The ornamental design for a weight operated climbing toy, as shown and described.
