DESIGN FOR FRINGE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 18,895, dated May 8, 1883.

.To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, GEORGE E. GOUCHEE, a citizen ofthe United States, residing in the city and county of Philadelphia, and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Fringe, of which the following is a specification, reference heilig had t0 the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
0f the drawings, Figure l is a front elevation of a fringe embodying my design. Fig. 2 is a cross-section of the pendant.
In the drawings, A are pendants alternately lof the form of ahexagon al parallelopi pedon an d of what I term an hour-glass spike, which is spirally luted as to its extremities, but without utes as to its central portion,ornamented with balls B, and attached to any suitable heading, C.
I claiml. A design for fringe, consisting of a head: ing, and of pendants alternately of the forni of a hexagonal parallelopipedon and of an hour-glass spike, substantially as shown and described.
2. A design for a fringe, consisting ota heading, and of pendants alternately of the form of a hexagonal parallelopipedon and of an hour-glass spike, and all of which are ornamented with balls, as shown and described.
