Be it known that Israel Roskin, a citizen of the United States and resident of New York city, in the county of New York and State of New York, has. invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Gem Setting or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a gem setting embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side view thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a sectional View taken along line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

The ornamental design for a gem setting or similar article, substantially as shown.
