Be it known that I, David Kahn, a citizen of the United States, residing at Englewood Cliffs, in the county of Bergen and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fountain Pen and Pencil Clip, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherein:

Fig. 1 is a front elevational View of a fountain pen and pencil clip showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational View;

Fig. 3 is a rear view;

Fig. 4 is a plan View; and

Fig. 5 is a cross section, taken on the line 5-5 of Fig. 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a fountain pen and pencil clip, substantially as shown.
