PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR AN ELASTIC FABRIC Fredi-ie Ruhroth, New Bedford, Mass., assignor to Continental Elastic Corporation, New Bedford, Mass., a corporation of Delaware To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Fredrc Ruhroth, a citizen of Germany, residing at New Bedford', in the county of Bristol and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Elastic Fabric, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, constituting a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a plan View of the fabric showing my new design;

Term of patent 7 years Fig. 2 is an edge View thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a rear View thereof.

The design comprises a tubular elastic fabric having the rear face thereof flat and the front face thereof shirred.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an elastic fabric, substantially as shown and described.
