To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Josephine Forrestal. a citizen of the United States of America, residing in New York city, in the Borough of Mahattan, county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Watch and Case Therefor, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein,

Figure 1 is a front view of a combination Watch and case therefor showing my new design in a closed position.

Figure 2 is a side elevational view thereof.

Figure 3 is a front view of the combination watch and case therefor shown in Figure 1, in an open position.

Figure 4 is a side elevational view of the combination watch and case therefor, as shown in Figure 3.

The rear of the case is substantially plain in appearance.

The ornamental design for a combination watch and case therefor, substantially as shown, and described.
