Be it known that I, Josephine Forrestal, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in New York city, in the Borough of Manhattan, county and State of New York, have invented. a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Watch and Case Therefor, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein,

Figure 1 is a front view of a combination watch and case therefor showing my new design in a closed position.

Figure 2 is a side elevational view thereof.

Figure 3 is a front View of the combination watch and case therefor shown in Figure 1, in an open position.

Figure 4 is a side elevational View of the combination watch and case therefor, as shown in Figure 3.

The rear of the case is substantially the same in appearance as the front.

The ornamental design for a combination watch and case therefor, substantially as shown, and described.
