Be it known that I, Robert B. Pealer, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Warren, in the county of Trumbull and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Power Drive Unit for Use With Hand Cutting Tools, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing, Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an end and one side of the power drive unit for use with hand cutting tools, embodying my new invention; Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the other end and side thereof.
