Be it known that I, Benjamin W. Hanle, a citizen of the United States and residing at Elizaheth, New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fountain Pen or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, and. in which Fig. l is a side elevation of the main barrel of a fountain pen, shown on a somewhat enlarged scale,

Fig. 2 is a side elevation of the removable fountain pen cap, shown on a somewhat enlarged scale, and

Fig. 8 is a top plan view of the fountain pen cap of Fig. 2.

The dominant feature of my design resides in the surface ornamentation on the article.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a fountain pen or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
