Be it known that I, Alfonso Iannelli, a citizen of the United States, residing at Park Ridge, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Clip for Writing Implements or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof, wherein Fig. 1 is a front View of a clip showing my design; and

Fig. 2 is a side view of same.

The ornamental design for a clip for writing implements or the like substantially as shown.
