PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A WHEEL Application August 17, 1936, Serial No. 64,446

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, James W. Pattison, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Detroit, in the county of Wayne and State of Michigan, have invented a certain new, original, and ornamental Design for a Wheel, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a perspective view of the wheel; Figure 2 is a fragmentary front elevation thereof; and Figure 3 is an axial section therethrough.

The present design comprises as the principal and dominating features thereof that portion of the wheel body shown in full lines made convex with a radially inner portion extending generally radially and with a radially outer portion inclined from the radially inner portion radially outwardly and also axially inwardly toward the zone for connection to the rim; and the radially outer portion having openings therethrough; and that portion of the rim shown in full lines and formed with a polished or reflecting surface facing said radially outer portion.
