PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A WHEEL Application August 17, 1936, Serial No. 64,444

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, James W. Pattison, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Detroit, in the county of Wayne and State of Michigan, have invented a certain new, original, and ornamental Design for a Wheel, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a perspective view of the wheel body; Figure 2 is a fragmentary front elevation of the wheel; and Figure 3 is an axial section therethrough.

The present design comprises as the principal and dominating features thereof that portion of the wheel body as shown in full lines made convex with its radially inner portion extending generally radially and its radially outer portion extending substantially axially to give substantially the appearance, as viewed from the front, of a solid body extending toward the outboard side of the wheel from its zone of connection to the rim; and the radially outer portion having substantially radial openings therethrough in the zone adjacent the rim.

The ornamental design for a wheel, substantially as shown and described.
