DESIGN FOR BURIAL-CASKETS.
Specification forming part of Design No. 10,270, dated October 9, 1877; application filed July 31, 1877. [Term of Patent 3?; years] To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, AUGUSTUS CLARK, of Amsterdam, in the county of Montgomery and State of New York, have invented a Design for a Burial-Casket, of which the following is a specification:
"he nature of my design is fully represented in the accompanying photographic illustration, to which reference is made.
The illustration represents a burial-casket, covered with cloth, with the blinds or covers rayed, and also rayed on the sides, ends, and corners.
My design relates to the ornamentation or raying' of the blinds and sides, ends, and corncrs, substantially as shown in the accompanying illustration.
The raying may be made of the same mate rial as the coveringof the casket, or may be of a different material from the covering.
What I claim as my invention is-- The design for a burial-casket, rayed on the blinds, sides, ends, and corners, and leaving a space for the handles between the raying on the sides, substantially in the manner above described, and shown in the accompanying illustration.
